Biographical Note

Rollin Germain Hubby compiled information about the Hobby family from around 1903 through 1930. For many of those years he lived in Cleveland, but when he joined the New England Genealogical Society in 1929, he was living in Hollywood, California. In March 1904, Hubby sent out a bulletin announcing that a Hobby Genealogy was being prepared and soliciting information for it. In 1910, his intention for a Hobby Genealogy was announced in New England...Register.
